She's a dedicated mother-of-three.

But Ali Landry managed to pry herself away from her loved ones during the week to treat herself to a fun-filled girls' trip in tropical Mexico.

The 40-year-old model displayed her enviable assets as she strolled along a beach at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya resort in Playa Del Carmen.

The former Miss USA - who took home the title back in 1996 - proved that she's definitely still got what it takes.

Ali was spotted making her way across the pristine white sands in a mismatched black and yellow bikini, showing off her well toned abs and legs.

A glowing bronze tan displayed the results of a few days out in the sunshine, where the star had surely been getting to know the ocean with her girlfriends.

She covered up with an animal print shirt and shielded herself from the sun with a white fedora and aviator style sunglasses.

Ali made sure to keep up her fluids in the soaring summer temperatures by clutching a bottle of water in her hand for easy access.

Later, she was spotted in a black one-piece bathing suit featuring stylish strings draped across cut-out sections on the waist.

The low-plunging suit allowed for Ali to put plenty of cleavage as she made the sandy shore her catwalk outside the luxurious resort.

That shore was lined with fancy shaded cabanas, where the Doritos commercial star was later seen reclining and checking out her mobile phone.

Perhaps she was relaying messages back and forth with her husband, Alejandro Gómez Monteverde, and their three children.

The couple got married in 2006, two years after she divorced Mario Lopez for alleged infidelities, and together they made the Toronto Film Festival award-winning film Bella.

Ali and Alejandro have three children together: Estella, aged six, Marcelo, aged two-and-a-half, and Valentin, 10-months-old.

When she's not busy being a mother or tanning in Mexico, Ali is doing business.

She founded an app called Favored.by, which allows users to poll products to establish its quality.
